Ordering Process

Step 1

    Send us your order request on what product your interested in, include graphics/photos/text if desired, along with quantities of each item you are wanting. **CLICK HERE TO SEND YOUR ORDER** or give us a call !

Step 2

    You will be provided a quote for your request which will include all costs (product, graphics design/digitizing costs, printing/embroidery costs and shipping costs) as well as an estimated timeline to receive your order.

Step 3

    Upon confirmation of your order you will receive an invoice for your product set-up costs. A 50% deposit is to be paid in advance before order is processed.

Step 4

   Any required text/graphics/artwork will be digitized and sent to you for your approval - its not ready for application to your chosen products till you're satisfied! Each graphic is searched for copyright infringements and any design that is copyright protected will not be reproduced without copyright holders written consent.

Step 5

    Once graphics are approved your order is sent into the production cue, quality inspected and packaged for shipping. You will be sent a notice your order is ready for shipping/pick-up and balance owing is due prior to order being sent.
