OUR PROCESS

Our Direct to Garment Printer (DTG Printer) utilizes a 3 step process to ensure you receive the longest lasting, photo realistic and vivid prints available on the market. Each item printed is manually inspected for quality and any products containing imperfections are discarded ensure you only receive the highest quality products available on the market. Using 100% cotton or 50/50 blend products provide the best results for colour and longevity.

STEP 2 - PRINTING

We use the Latest technology in direct to garment printing - the Brother GTX - which uses True Black, 3 colours plus white to match any colour imaginable with photo quality. Images are applied to the fabric similar to the way an inject printer prints to paper. Inks are specially formulated to resist fading from light and washing and wont crack or peel like iron on transfers or silk screen printing will.

STEP 1 - PRE TREATMENT

Fabric receives a special treatment that is applied directly to the material utilizing a machine that treats only the area to be printed on. The treatment prevents colors from soaking into the material and running, promotes adhesion for long lasting prints and enhance the final color of the print. The pre-treatment does not affect the original color or feel of the fabric in any way!

STEP 3 - HEAT TREATING

Using a heat press at a precise temperature and time setting, the inks are thermally set which cures and dries the inks and completes the bond between the pre-treatment, ink and material. This final step allows maximum durability and resistance to fading while locking in the colour of the print. The end result is a finished product that will not only look great but last through many, many wash and dry cycles before beginning to fade.
