Our process starts with the digitizing of the graphic, text or photos you provide. Each digitized image is scrutinized for the smallest errors. Stitch patterns are modified to follow the "direction" of each surface providing subtle colour changes without actually changing the colour of thread and to provide details within the sewn image. The close-up images to the right show how careful stitch planning makes a difference. We match each color in the project to our thread inventory to give the closest possible color match in the finished product.

Only the highest quality, strongest, fade resistant threads are chosen to be sewn into each project ensure a lasting product that remains bright after every wash without shrinking or deforming.

Each sewn piece is then inspected to ensure no defects are present, excess threads from the sewing process are trimmed and items are packaged for delivery.
